Pen Pal

One of my oldest friends is in prison. Since I found out where she is at, I've been thinking about our childhood. In those fun, carefree days we sure as heck never expected our lives to be like this.

Turning Off the lights for 1 hour

I wont be home tonight, will that still count? Maybe I can turn off my main braker when we leave?

WOW 100!

I'm a bit surprised that I have made it this far. I've actually done something for 100 days straight, even if at times I have wanted to stop.

Day 99

Mix Match

My feet were so tired that I just threw my shoes off and grabs any sox. I know I have been featuring my feet a lot lately but they have been on my brain. They hurt. I need to buy me cute, comfortable, walking shoes. I'm taking the bus to work, and I have a few block to walk between bus stop and home or office. Then I have to wait a while standing for the transsion bus.

Day 98

Wrong Shoes

I so wore the wrong shoes for the first day of work. I'm overwhelmed but I guess that's a feeling most have on the first day of work. I just wanted to come home and go to bed.

Faking Being Happy

I am extremely grateful that I have a job, but I'm going to miss being home. I'm going to miss not being home when the kids get out of school. Can we all send it to the universe that I win the Mega Lotto, please.

Blur

Today seemed like a blur, and my feet hurt.

Reporting for Duty

Today I have two interviews, one with a temp agency and the other is a second interview. Also, I should be hearing the decisions for 2 jobs I have interviewed for.

War Paint

This is one of the things I am tired of, putting on make-up. I don't wear make-up on a regular basis, I can go months without putting it on. One of my friends is always on me about this tellng me "there is no such thing a natural beauty." I beleive the reason for that is that I never really learned how to put it on.

I know to some it comes easy but to some it's hard work.

I'm having one of those days (again!) I think I'm just tired of looking and rejection.

Is that the correct feeling, don't really know. I feel like I got so little accomplished today but I know that I did A LOT.

With being sick, interviews, and job searching I let the clutter sneak back into my kitchen. Back to making sure the dishes are washed by every single night.

Wow I really have accomplished a lot today.

* I'm finally going to finish the courses for my BA.
**So Far I applied to 6, with one interview for tomorrow. The Original goal is for 10 a day but that got a bit difficult so I made it 5 a day.

My kit came in. So ready to start making hundreds of booking. Maybe I can even make this my full time job.

For the past week I feel like I have been a prisoner of the phone, just waiting for it to ring with job news.

Darkness

I just wasn't feeling it or anything today, but I haven't lost faith that thing will be alright. I'm sure we are all entitled to have these days, just not dwell on them.

Echinacea

I started taking this a couple days ago, and the coughing has gone away by 98%. Thank the Lord. Now I am just waiting for all the other symptoms to go away.

All day long I was stressing over not finding out yesterday that I got the job had me a bit crazy on the inside. I just have to stay positive and know that this job is meant for me.
