Going on yesterdays post, we had this gallon that was being unused. I'm going to fill it up every morning, but I am not going to beat myself up if I don't drink the whole thing or even take a sip from it.
Today I woke up thinking I need to make sure I start drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Put that on the long list of other things I must do to loose the weight. This way of thinking is primarely why I give up. I believe I need to do so much at one time to get the results.
The difference is that this time I catch myself. Baby steps, I need to master one thing in order to move to another. So if I am lacking on the water department, I'll try to drink a cup when I remember.
My double chin has really bothered me for some time. I think this is one of the reasons why I had stopped including myself in pictures, or that fact that I can't believe the fat person in the pictures is me.
I'm really hoping that when I loose the weight, my chindoesn't swag. I need to find exercised to firm up that piece of skin.
In the many attempts I have done to loose weight, I used to take face shots to see the difference. I haven't really done that until today. We shall see what the difference is in a month.
I can count how many times I have eaten sushi on one hand. I'm not a huge fan of it, but it's growing on me. A friend show me how to eat it with the wasabi & soy sauce a few months ago and it was pretty tasty. I figured it's a better food choice than all the sauces on Chinese food.
With this project I want to prove to myself that I can accomplish two things: Reach my ultimate weight goal and take daily pictures of the journey. Tid bit of info: I have an issue with finishing things.
