The goal is to get one of these Sony cameras. Please click away on the ads, you might just like one of them.
I'm grateful for your help.

Day 43
My double chin has really bothered me for some time. I think this is one of the reasons why I had stopped including myself in pictures, or that fact that I can't believe the fat person in the pictures is me.
I'm really hoping that when I loose the weight, my chin doesn't swag. I need to find exercised to firm up that piece of skin.

Day 41
I can count how many times I have eaten sushi on one hand. I'm not a huge fan of it, but it's growing on me. A friend show me how to eat it with the wasabi & soy sauce a few months ago and it was pretty tasty. I figured it's a better food choice than all the sauces on Chinese food.

Day 39
I woke up feeling under the weather today. Isn't there some study that shows weather has something to do with peoples mood? That's why Seattle has one of the highest suicide rates in the nation.
I was far from feeling depressed, just major migraine and I didn't feel like talking myself out of the miserable pain.

Day 38
So far today I have eaten every 2 hours. The morning was fine, but towards 4 I was hungry. The picture is of my dinner. I have a small scoop of rice o Ronni, steamed broccoli, mixed veggies and 2 ground beef enchiladas. The thing about the enchiladas is that I normally have 5 of them, yup FIVE. I also had a small side salad.
I'm still a bit hungry. I might just have something to eat at 8. I was going to try to make this my last meal of the day but I don't think that is going to happen. I have drank plenty of liquid today (Cinnamon tea) so that's not what I am lacking.

Day 36
Holy Moley
I really need a new camera. The quality isn't that great but you can sort of tell I have a birth mark in my cleavage area. When I was much younger I always use to like to show it off. :) Today I thought of that when I got a glimpse of it.

Day 34
I'm not an avid smoker. Well that all depends to who's standards. I smoke about a cigarette a day, it used to be about one a week. When I go out I do smoke a lot, but that is seldom.

Day 33
If these lips could sing.
Well the lips can sing but what comes out of them doesn't really sound like music. Every so often I check out YouTube to reminisce of my way younger years. I love to sing along with the videos. My way of entertainment since I don't have an iPod.

Day 32
I've had a muffin top for years now, but today it's really bothering me. Maybe it has to do with yesterday's picture.

Day 31
45 freaking inches
I'm so embarrassed by this pictures. The only reason I am posting it is because I know that in a couple of month the measurement will be much smaller.

365 Day of me in words
I created a separate blog to post my thoughts on the weight loss journey and about life in general.
I got the idea last night as I was going through The Biggest Loser Contest blogs. Not too sure if I'll have enough to say in order to keep it.
Day 24
I can't recall where I heard it this week but drinking cinnamon tea is good for the body. It's not the first time I've heard it, so yesterday I started to drinking it regularly. I already make it on a daily basis for the Hubby's coffee in the morning.
How to make Cinnamon Tea
Ingredients
1 cinnamon stick
1 c. of boiling water
Directions: Break cinnamon stick into pieces and place in a cup. Add boiling water. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. You can keep adding hot water to the cup to enjoy all day long. Use more or less cinnamon depending on the strength you prefer.
You can also place a cinnamon stick in any tea while it steeps to add flavor and health benefits.

Day 19
I was recently told that eating gelatin is good for the nails. I have no clue if it's true or not but hey it's worth giving it a shot. Gelatin is a cool snack while learning to eat healthier.

Day 17
When the whole phenomenon of the Secret happened last year due to the Oprah show, I bought both the DVD and book. I know there are many naysayers out there but I believe in the Law of Attraction. I can think back many years of how my thought have brought certain things into my life. Some good, and some not so good but I know my thoughts and actions brought them into my life.
In the past few months I have slipped about in the way of thinking this idea is about. With me needing a well paying job soon, and other things in my life I decided to watch the DVD on a daily basis for the next month.
Law of Attraction
From Wikipedia, the free
encyclopedia
The phrase Law of Attraction has
been used by many esoteric writers, although the actual definition varies greatly. Most authors associate the Law of Attraction with a theory that "like attracts like", usually as applied to the mental life of human beings: that individuals experience physical and mental manifestations corresponding to their predominant thoughts, feelings, words, and actions; and that they thereby have the ability to control the reality of their lives through thought alone. The
principle is based on the concept that a person's thoughts (conscious and unconscious), emotions, beliefs and actions attract corresponding positive or negative experiences. This process has been described as "harmonious vibrations of the law of attraction", or "you get what you think about; your thoughts determine your experience." The phrase is closely associated with New Thought beliefs, and practices, from which it's most common definition arises, but it also has a long standing (and more complex development) in other esoteric fields
such as Hermeticism and Theosophy. Recently, the New Thought version was popularized (in slightly simplified form) by the 2006 film The Secret. The more materialistic interpretations of The Law of Attraction have been criticized in the media, the scientific community, and by some proponents of the New Age Movement and spirituality in general.

Day 16
Every so often I break out into dance moves. They are usually pretty embarrassing dance moves such as the running man, cabbage patch, robo cop, roger rabbit and so on. I've noticed that I have been doing them more because hey I need to burn off calories any way I can.
