Day 2
I've had the DVDs for about 5 years. I used to do them regularly about 5 years ago and really enjoyed the work out. To think that it's actually possible to get a work out from marching in place.
It's going to take a bit to get back in shape. By the quarter mile I wanted to stop. I was huffing, puffing* and sweating all the way through the 22 minutes of the DVD.
*Maybe the huffing and puffing is from smoking ;p
